What's included in the rental?
Every rental includes: the GRPro 2.1 control unit, a single-connector hose, a carry bag, and one anatomical wrap of your choice. Delivery and collection are also included, as is VAT at 20%. An additional wrap can be added for £100.
Which anatomical wraps are available?
Our cryotherapy compression rental offers 9 wrap options with different sizes designed for targeted recovery: knee (straight or articulated), ankle, shoulder (left & right), elbow (flexed or straight), hip (left & right), back, cervical spine, and wrist/hand. Simply select the wrap that matches your injury or surgery site and size when booking your home cryo-compression device rental.
How many ice cubes are needed to ensure treatment?
For each cryocompression therapy session, we recommend filling 4–5 standard ice cube trays. For better efficiency, use larger ice moulds. Larger ice blocks melt more slowly, reducing how often you need to refill.
What processing settings should I use?
Treatment settings for your Game Ready cryo-pneumatic device should be prescribed by your surgeon, physiotherapist or healthcare professional. If no instructions were provided, refer to the recommended settings chart included with the device.
Why do I need to provide identity documents?
Identity verification is required to process your Game Ready rental booking securely and to comply with medical device rental regulations. It also ensures the equipment is dispatched to the right person and address, protecting both parties throughout the rental period.
Is it possible to cancel a booking that has already been paid for?
Yes, you can cancel your cryotherapy device rental free of charge, provided the device has not yet been dispatched. You'll receive a full refund. If your surgery has been rescheduled, we can also adjust your rental dates. Once the device has been shipped, delivery costs remain non-refundable. Contact us as soon as possible at ukrental@gameready.co.uk.
Is the payment secure?
Yes. All payments for our Game Ready rental UK service are processed via a fully secured online payment system (SSL encryption, PCI-DSS compliant). Your card details are never stored.
